The success rate of our PreGender test (now called Verma-GSC method) has gone up slowly from 80% to currently 94%. That means if 100 couples try to plan for, say a boy, and if all of them conceive in boy phase, 94 of them will get a boy and 6 will get a baby girl because even in a boy phase, there is a 6% chance that an X-sperm can go ahead and fertilize. That is nobody’s fault and is not the error of our tests. Even then, Urobiologics promises to refund such couples triple the amount of discounted part of FirstGender test fee calculated as [(250-10%) x3] = $675. It makes business sense to refund triple rather than wasting money on advertisements. This way the customer’s risk is lower and does not feel that they have been cheated.
This offer is applicable to customers who bought our Mini-pack [2+1] for $1,045 or Mega-pack [6+1) for $2,380 between 3/13/21 to 12/31/21 to plan for their dream baby and the ultrasound scan shows the gender of baby to be opposite than what we reported. This offer does not apply to customers who bought PreGender and FirstGender tests separately.
1) To be eligible for a triple refund, customer must take part in Live Chart 2021.
2) Any additional PreGender test, if needed, will be charged $350.00 and is not covered by this triple refund policy.
3) In some conflicting reports, a valid proof may be required in the form of ultrasound scan, birth certificate, or authenticated DNA tests like CVS or amniocentesis. These documents must have mother's name, date of test and clearly defined gender of the baby.
4) All fees paid for PreGender Preconception test(s) are non-refundable.
5) All the terms and conditions mentioned here and anywhere else at the website www.urobiologics.com apply and must be read together.
6) Any attempt to get a refund by providing false information or any disputes arising will be dealt with as per laws of State of Michigan.
7) Urobiologics LLC reserves the rights to withdraw this offer and or Live Charts anytime hereafter.
